Bounce woman was designed as a amusement park hostess, but was reprogrammed by Dr.Wily. She is the robot master that Mega man has to fight in "Jumpland" a trampoline and bounce house amusement park. From her top hat she shoots bounce bullets (Rubber bullets that bounce off walls).
